I have been an animal lover my WHOLE life! My family always had a dog while I was growing up, and then I spent plenty of time in stables through high school, and rode/exhibited Saddlebreds.
After college and getting married, my hobbies turned to showing dogs in AKC Conformation events. For over 22 years now, I have participated in the pure bred dog fancy, but have also helped my share of rescues along the way too. I have raised, trained, and shown Chihuahuas, and later Miniature American Shepherds for just as long. I continue to do so today. I also am owned by two cats! A rescue kitty, and a Siberian Forest cat.
Nutrition, Health & Welfare, Reproduction etc. have always been a top priority for me, and I often say... I feel like I've probably tried it all!
